This mission of the Gibsons & District Public Library is to connect our community to the world of culture, knowledge, and ideas through our resources, expertise and inspiration. Our vision is that all residents enrich their lives and communities through the library. We value integrity, community engagement, learning and intellectual freedom. Our library is a free accessible space to all where everyone can access the books, films, databases and library resources they need. We have free computers, printing and scanning; and our range of databases offer entertainment such as Kanopy films to professional courses such as how to write a business plan, use quickbooks and master excel.
